At Stuart Weitzman, every detail is important and nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. We are confident that you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if the need arises you may return your unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days. You may return purchases made on stuartweitzman.ca by mail. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise. If items are marked Final Sale, they are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Your order must be placed by 11am CT, Monday through Friday, to receive your shipment by second business day or next business day. We do not deliver for stuartweitzman.ca on Saturdays, Sundays or national and federal holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
Flat Rate Returns by Mail:
Stuart Weitzman offers $8.00 flat rate shipping on returns.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to complete a return. If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Click here to get your return label and packing slip.
2. Re-package your order and place the completed return form inside the box.
3. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
4. Upon receipt of your return, we’ll deduct a return processing fee of $8.00 from your return order refund.
