        RETURNS

        We want you to love your purchase and feel fabulous #inourshoes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for prompt credit. We accept online order returns via mail to our warehouse and in person at Stuart Weitzman boutiques in Canada. Items must be unworn and unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we highly recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas.

        • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
        • Items purchased at our Stuart Weitzman retail stores or any other retail stores that sell Stuart Weitzman shoes may not be returned by mail to our warehouse. There are no returns or exchanges on international orders.
        • Free Returns on regular priced items only. There is no shipping or processing fee on valid returns and refunds.

         *All regular price purchases made between Nov 22nd & Dec 24th can be returned through Jan 6th. For other dates, please see below:

        Sale and customized merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.

         

        Click Here to complete the online return form and print retun label. Please include your reason for return, full name, phone number, order number and details of item(s) returning.

        You will receive an email with your Return Authorization number which you will need to place on your return slip.

        If planning to return in store, please ensure to provide the Packing Slip along with the unworn merchandise in its original packaging.

         

        1. PACK IT UP
         
        • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.

        • Please print and include the packing slip, the completed return form and the Return Authorization number inside the return package. This completed form is required for us to process your return.

        • Affix the prepaid UPS mailing label to the outside of your package.

        2. DROP IT OFF

        • Give your package to your local UPS driver or take it to a UPS drop-off location.

        • You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package (allow up to 7-10 days for in-house processing). Allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.

        • If you prefer to use your own shipping method, your return shipping charges must be prepaid. As we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries, it will be shipped back to you.

        • For your protection, please retain the tracking information from the prepaid return label. If you use an alternate shipping method, we suggest using a trackable shipping carrier and keep record of the return shipment. We are not responsible for item(s) that do not arrive at our warehouse and customer cannot supply proof of delivery signature.
