- In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations all StuartWeitzman.ca Online purchases MUST be returned to our Warehouse facility in Canada.
- Items must be unworn and unused, and include all tags, parts, and accessories and in original packaging. To avoid damages, we highly recommend trying on footwear in carpeted areas.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Items purchased at our Stuart Weitzman retail stores or any other retail stores that sell Stuart Weitzman shoes may not be returned by mail to our warehouse.
- Free Returns on regular priced items. There is not shipping or processing fee on valid returns and refunds.

Return Request Process
- Please go to the RETURN PROCESSING & SHIPPING LABEL PRINT OUT page complete the online form with your reason for return, full name, phone number, order number and details of item(s) returning.
- If your order is valid for return, once the online form is completed, you will get a pop up with pre-paid UPS Return Label to print out and adhere to your package for return shipment.
- You will receive an email with your Return Authorization number which you will need to place on your return slip.
- Please include the packing slip with detailed instruction and return form complete with your item(s). This completed form is required for us to process your return.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging
- Adhere the Pre-Paid return UPS label. If you choose to use this label, no postage is required.
- Complete the return reason questionnaire on the return form and insert it into the package
- Remove all extra labels from the outside of the package
- Affix the prepaid UPS mailing label to the outside of your package
- Call UPS to request a pick up or take it to a UPS drop-off location
- You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package (allow up to 7-10 days for in-house processing)Allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit
- If you prefer to use your own shipping method, your return shipping charges must be prepaid, as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries, it will be shipped back to you
- For your protection, please retain the tracking information from the prepaid return label. If you use an alternate shipping method, we suggest using a trackable shipping carrier and keep record of the return shipment. We are not responsible for item(s) that do not arrive at our warehouse and customer cannot supply proof of delivery signature.
We are unable to automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want for a refund and place a new order on stuartweitzman.ca. You may place your reorder at any time. We cannot guarantee that this size required will be available. Please contact Customer Service if you need assistance. All exchanges (new orders) will be shipped using Standard shipping.
Only, if you require a size exchange for the same style and color, with a copy of a complete return form and invoice you can exchange the size, if available, in a Stuart Weitzman Canada Boutique near you.
