In an effort to get your order to you quickly, we fulfill orders immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we are unable make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it has been received, and you will receive a refund for the order returned.
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postal code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order on our website. Track Order
You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This email will include a UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment and estimated delivery date on UPS website with this tracking number.
